PFTP-certified students get priority for paid and unpaid internships in their field, with the option to work from home.
Real experience after your course
PFTP aims to create job opportunities in both the government and private sectors to raise employment in Pakistan. PFTP-certified students are offered paid or unpaid internships in their field to gain real industry experience.
Qualified students get priority after completing their course. Final selection stays with the hiring company. Selected interns receive a stipend where the company offers one, and top-performing interns may receive permanent job offers.

PFTP is on the panelChief Minister IT Internship Program
PFTP is an empanelled host organisation under the Chief Minister IT Internship Program. Eligible graduates can complete their internship with PFTP’s training and technology teams, working on real projects in digital marketing, web development, design and AI.

Four steps to an internship
Register with PFTP
Fill the admission form and pay the one-time Documentation Processing Fee to become eligible.
Complete your course
You’ll receive confirmation that you are being considered for the Internship Program.
Pass the final assessment
Shortlisted candidates qualify for internships with partner organizations.
Get your Letter of Appointment
Selected interns receive an official Letter of Appointment with their role, mode and start date.
