Refunds policy

1Non-refundable fee

Once you submit the enrollment (processing) fee for any PFTP course, it is non-refundable. This applies when:

• You withdraw or discontinue the course after payment.
• You don’t complete assignments, live sessions or assessments.
• You are found ineligible or your enrollment is disqualified for any reason.

2Special cases

A refund may be considered only in rare cases:

• Technical issue or double payment: a system error or accidental second payment.
• How to request: email support@pftpedu.org with proof of payment, transaction details and the reason.
• Review: our accounts team replies within 5–7 business days. Approval is at PFTP’s sole discretion.
• Processing: an approved refund can take up to 14 business days to reach the original payment method.

3Course transfer or deferment

Instead of a refund, you can request to:

• Transfer to another PFTP course.
• Defer your enrollment to a future batch.

Requests are reviewed case by case, subject to availability and approval by PFTP administration.
